🔴 SARASWATI PUJA 🔴
Bengal has many festivals all round the year. Saraswati Puja is one of them. Saraswati is the goddess of learning and culture. She is worshipped widely all over Bengal. The Puja is celebrated in almost all schools and colleges there. The goddess is worshipped on Sripanchami (Vasantpanchami) day, that is, the fifth lunar day of the Bengali month of Magha. Usually it comes off in the month of February. The image is immersed on the following day. Boys and girls of schools and colleges celebrated the Puja with pomp and show. They hold cultural functions. They have lots of fun and enjoyment.
